Die Adhesion

Fault analysis and Troubleshooting:

(1) Injection speed and pressure are too high. It should be reduced appropriately.

(2) The surface finish of mold cavity is too poor. The surface finish should be improved by grinding and electroplating.

(3) Improper control of mold temperature and cooling conditions. When the plastic parts stick to the mold core, the mold temperature should be increased and the cooling time should be shortened; if the plastic parts stick to the mold cavity surface, the mold temperature should be decreased and the cooling time should be prolonged.

(4) The ejection area of demoulding mechanism is too small. The ejection area should be increased.

Shrinkage deformation

Fault analysis and Troubleshooting:

(1) Insufficient pressure holding. The injection time should be extended appropriately.

(2) Insufficient injection pressure. It should be improved appropriately.

(3) Mold temperature is too high. It should be reduced appropriately.

(4) The gate section is too small. It should be increased appropriately.

(5) The processing temperature is too low. The barrel temperature should be increased appropriately.

Vacuum hole

Fault analysis and Troubleshooting:

(1) Insufficient pressure holding. The injection time should be extended appropriately.

(2) Mold temperature is too low, barrel temperature is too high. The mold temperature should be increased to reduce the barrel temperature.

(3) Insufficient injection pressure. It should be improved appropriately.

(4) The fluidity of raw materials is too good. The resin with lower melt index should be used instead.
