Materical:
Plastic bottles are usually made of PP,PE, K, AS, ABS, acrylic, PET, etc.
It is usually used for injection molding of cream bottle thick wall of cosmetic containers, caps, stoppers, gaskets, pump heads and dust covers; PET bottle blowing is two-step molding, tube blank is injection molding, the finished product is packaged as a blow bottle. Others, such as lotion bottle and washing bottle with thinner container walls, are blow bottles.
Pet :
Pet material is an environment-friendly material with high barrier property, light weight, non-crushing characteristics, chemical resistance and strong transparency. It can be made into pearlescent, colored, magnetic white and transparent, it is widely used in installing hair spray. The bottle mouth is generally the standard 16#, 18#, 22#, 24# caliber, which can be used with the pump head.
Acrylic :
The acrylic material is injection molding bottle, which has poor chemical resistance. Generally, paste cannot be directly installed. It needs to be blocked by the inner container. Filling is not easy to be too full, so as to prevent paste from entering between the inner container and the acrylic bottle to avoid cracking, the packaging requirements during transportation are relatively high, because it looks particularly obvious after being scratched, the permeability is high, and the upper wall is very thick, but the price is quite expensive.
AS and ABS:
AS and ABS:AS has better transparency and toughness than ABS.
