The measuring single product is 5 thousand-10,000, and large-scale manufacturers usually start from 10,000 to measuring, very few small manufacturers, if there are many kinds of products, it is OK to count measuring items at least 3,000. Few customers open the mold by themselves, most of which are male die (a few special covers are private models)
Cost:
There is a big difference in the price between the quality of the hose and that of the manufacturer. and the tube body can be multi-color printing and silk screen printing, some manufacturers have thermal transfer equipment and technology. Gilding and silver stamping are calculated based on the unit price of the area. The screen printing effect is better, the cost is more expensive and the manufacturers are less. Different manufacturers should be selected according to the needs of different levels.
Combination form:
PE plastic is often used for hose + outer cover/hose. According to the thickness of the product, it is divided into single-layer tube (mostly used, low cost) and double-layer tube (good sealing performance). The outer cover of the hose is often equipped with a screw cover (single-layer and double-layer, and the double-layer outer cover is mostly plated to increase the product grade, which looks more beautiful, and the professional line mostly adopts screw cover) and lift the lid.
