PETG is an amorphous copolyester. It can be designed in any shape according to the designer’s intention. Traditional extrusion, injection molding, blow molding and Blister molding methods may be used. It can be widely used in the plate, sheet, high-performance shrinkage film, bottle and profile markets, etc It can be modified by conventional machining.
PETG has glass like transparency and close to glass density, good gloss, chemical corrosion resistance, impact resistance, and easy processing. It can be injection molding, injection drawing blowing molding and extrusion blowing molding. It can also produce unique shape, appearance and special effects, such as bright color, frosting, marble texture, metallic luster, etc. In addition, other polyesters, elastic plastics or ABS can be used for overlapping injection molding.
Products include perfume bottles and caps, cosmetic bottles and caps, lipstick tubes, cosmetic boxes, deodorant packaging, talcum powder bottles and eyeliner covers. PETG injection molding products include medical devices such as filters, Eustachian tubes, tube connectors, pumps, clips and dialysis equipment.
