HDPE

Hdpe is a kind of material commonly used in chemical industry, machinery, chemical industry, electricity, clothing, packaging, food and other industries. Most people only smell its name, but they don’t know it. So, what material is hdpe?

  1. What material is hdpe

HDPE is also called high density polyethylene material. It is a thermoplastic resin with high crystallization and non-polarity. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, and it is semitransparent to some extent in the thin section. The polymer does not absorb moisture and has good waterproof vapor property, which can be used for packaging purposes. HDPE has good electrical properties, especially high dielectric strength, which makes it very suitable for cables and cords. Medium to high molecular weight grades have excellent impact resistance at room temperature or even at-40F low temperature.

  2. Different strength
  3. Different wear resistance
  4. Different substitution functions
  5. Different scope of application
