Fault analysis and Troubleshooting:

(1) Improper control of process conditions. It should be adjusted appropriately.

(2) The injection capacity of injection molding machine is less than the weight of plastic parts. The injection molding machine with larger specifications should be replaced.

(3) Runner and gate sections are too small. It should be increased appropriately.

(4) The flow distance of the melt in the mold cavity is too long or there is a thin wall part. Cold material hole shall be set.

(5) The residual air in the mold cavity leads to under injection. The exhaust system of mould should be improved.

(6) The fluidity of raw materials is too poor. The resin with better fluidity should be used instead.

(7) Too low barrel temperature, insufficient injection pressure or too short injection time of feed can also cause under injection. It is necessary to increase the control amount of relevant process parameters.

(1) The clamping force is insufficient. The injection molding machine with larger specifications should be replaced.

(2) The pin hole or guide pin of the die is seriously worn. It should be repaired by machining.

(3) There are foreign matters on the closing surface of the die. It should be removed.

(4) Mold temperature or injection pressure is too high. It should be reduced appropriately.
