Fault analysis and Troubleshooting:

(1) The temperature of melt and mould is too low. The temperature of barrel and die should be increased.

(2) The gate position is unreasonable. The gate position should be changed.

(3) The content of volatile matter in raw materials is too high or the mold exhaust is poor. Volatile substances in raw materials should be removed and the exhaust system of mould should be improved.

(4) The injection speed is too slow. It should be accelerated appropriately.

(5) There is no cold hole in the mold. Cold material hole should be added.

(6) There are foreign matters on the surface of the cavity. It should be cleaned.

(7) The design of gating system is unreasonable. The filling performance of the gating system should be improved to make the melt flow smoothly in the cavity.

Fault analysis and Troubleshooting:

(1) The size of the injection molding machine is too large. The injection molding machine with smaller specifications should be replaced.

(2) The fluidity of resin is poor. An appropriate amount of external lubricant should be used.

(3) The injection pressure is too high. It should be reduced appropriately.

(4) Poor exhaust of mould. The exhaust system of the die should be improved, the air holes should be increased or the inlaid structure should be adopted, and the clamping force should be reduced properly.

(5) The gate position is unreasonable. The gate position should be changed to make the melt flow evenly in the mold cavity.
